Dr.ssa Micaela Troglia Gamba

In 1998 I graduated in Clinical and Community Psychology, and in 2004 I specialised in Group Analytical Psychotherapy. Since 2000 I have been enrolled in the register of psychologists of the Piedmont Region with number 2605. I have worked in the social field and I dealt with various life situations, mainly with the lack and/or loss of employment, gender violence and family care. My clinical experience is based on years of work in a therapeutic community for adults with a dual diagnosis, i.e. with psychological and psychic distress accompanied by forms of addiction. In the private sector, I have worked with people suffering from depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and who were facing critical moments in their lives, such as bereavement, separation, and conflict. In 2006, I started working on traffic psychology and interventions for the prevention of deviant behaviour in secondary schools, as well as education on affectivity and sexuality. In 2016 I moved to Austria. Here I was confronted with the topic of integration, change, adaptation, loneliness and resilience. My most recent professional collaborations include

  • the field of migrants and asylum seekers (BBU GmbH)
  • School support (IKJF, Kinderfreunde)
  • Applied research in the context of European projects (Trustvehicle, Steve, Scott, H2Train)
